This experience was by far the best she has done. Laurie was extremely passionate about his birds and you could feel the love he has for them. A brilliant few hours learning about each bird. As a non bird lover I went to take photos ! I am now converted. He introduced the birds slowly to me and I held and flew three of them. Laurie is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in this field. It was perfect for my 6 year old, who absolutely loved holding and flying them. Laurie was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we all had a great time. A fantastic activity for a sunny autumn day. My son was in awe (as were we). We learnt lots of really interesting and, sometimes, surprising facts. Beautiful, diverse set of very well looked after birds. We got to respectfully ‘handle’ a few birds and had the lovely opportunity to feed a couple of them and see them in short flight… awesome. Was impressed by the vast knowledge the handler provided us on all the birds that were present. I really wanted to hold a Peregrine Falcon, the most beautiful and fastest living creature, and was in awe holding all these amazing birds. Highly recommended
