Laurie was so knowledgeable and you can really tell how much his birds mean to him. It is so unusual these days to have such an intimate setting for an experience as good as this. Not only did we get to hold and fly the beautiful birds but we also learnt about their cousins in the wild and their own unique personalities. This was a great and enjoyable experience: I loved interacting with the birds and seeing that they are well cared for and looked after. Laurie has lots of stories to tell and he is a great host. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. The birds clearly like being around him and it's just heart-warming to see: a beautiful interaction of a human with wild nature. Really easy communication with Laurie. The location is easy to find and a lovely setting for this experience. The experience lasted about 90 minutes. Laurie's love and connection with his bird's shines through, such interesting facts and stories about each bird. They really are very special birds of prey.
