Welcome to SURREY HILLS FALCONRY terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website in the selling of products to you subject to the conditions set out below.

Unauthorized copying or replication of any part of this site will be deemed as theft and appropriate action will be taken & having spent much time creating this store, we will endeavour to protect our efforts. If you would like to use any material from this website we are happy to take enquiries. Please contact us and we will respond within 24-48 hours
Miscellaneous
Except as provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SURREY HILLS FALCONRY will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, government lockdowns, fire, flood, war or act of God.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gift certificates are non-refundable. All purchases are considered final. Any refund offered will be at the discretion of Surrey Hills Falconry.
Surrey Hills Falconry reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to 50% of the purchase price of the experience in the event that a discretionary refund is offered. Gift certificates have no cash value.
Cancellations and re-bookings are permitted but must be agreed with Surrey Hills Falconry by telephone or email. Cancellations and re-bookings must be made with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations after the 48-hour period prior to the experience booking may be accepted where the cause is adverse weather, a medical emergency or otherwise at the discretion of Surrey Hills Falconry. Surrey Hills Falconry reserves the right to refuse a re-booking under any circumstances. Re-booking is subject to date availability. Experiences may only be cancelled and re-booked once. Any further cancellations and re-bookings will be at the discretion of Surrey Hills Falconry and may be subject to an administrative charge of up to £25. Surrey Hills Falconry cannot guarantee weekend date availability in the event of a cancellation and re-booking, especially during holiday/peak periods.
Weather Cancellations & Gift Certificate Validity
If your experience is cancelled due to weather, no refund will be issued. However, Surrey Hills Falconry will make every effort to reschedule it to a mutually suitable date within your gift certificates validity period. Any rebooking made after the expiry date will be subject to the terms outlined below.
Each gift certificate is valid for 12 months. Due to high demand, booking a date in the final weeks of its validity may not be possible. If your experience is cancelled due to bad weather—we will extend the validity date by 1 month.
Expired gift certificates can be used within 6 months for 50% of the experience value. After 6 months, they are no longer valid.
Participants who fail to attend on the date of their experience will invalidate their gift certificate and are not entitled to a re-booking. Any re-bookings under such circumstances will be at the discretion of Surrey Hills Falconry and may be subject to an administrative charge of up to £25.
Participants and Observers on experiences are strongly advised to inform Surrey Hills Falconry in advance of any medical conditions they have which may affect their ability to enjoy their experience. Some experiences are not suitable for wheelchair users, people with limited mobility or people with limited arm/upper body strength. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the experience is suitable for the intended recipient.
Surrey Hills Falconry will not be held liable for any injuries or losses sustained by any participant, observer or visitor, howsoever caused, during the course of an experience.
Appropriate falconry gauntlets (gloves) will be provided and must be worn at all times when handling any of the birds. Participants should be aware that birds have sharp talons (claws) and beaks and will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour. Birds can bite or foot (grab with their feet) which can cause injury if the bird is not handled properly. Participants must follow the instructions of the falconer at all times and Surrey Hills Falconry reiterates that it will not be held liable for any injury suffered as a result of failure to follow instructions given by our staff.
Surrey Hills Falconry reserves the right to remove any participant or observer from the experience, and if necessary from the premises, if, in the opinion of any member of staff, that person’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, or if that person is by their own negligence or deliberate act endangering the safety of themselves, others, or the birds. Surrey Hills Falconry will not be liable for any compensation, damages or refunds as a result of such removal.
Participants will not be asked to handle the bird’s food (raw meat) directly at any time. Nonetheless, Participants are advised to wash their hands after handling the birds. Anti-bacterial handwash is available for this purpose and there are toilet facilities available.
