Key Responsibilities: Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to ensuring compliance to standards, regulatory, and global requirements Drive Safety requirements with goals to drive continuous improvements while meeting all regulatory and company requirements Execute strategic plans to optimize equipment spare parts Work directly with OEMs and 3rd party vendors to ensure spare parts availability meet requirements Execute collaboration with relevant maintenance and production teams to assess equipment spare parts requirements and ensure successful fulfilment Track KPIs to monitor and trend local stocking strategies Support localized sourcing initiatives to reduce lead times, improve supply reliability, and optimize cost Identify obsolete spares available for write off ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work efficiently, be pro-active, and communicate effectively with team members and management
